This video features Ron Kosloff, Daryl Conant,
Justin Cowley and Christy Wolfe and is approximately one hour long. It not only shows many
more exercises, but has routines, too, as well as interesting commentary from Conant,
Kosloff, and the others. "Vol. 2" is valuable to anyone serious about physique
training.
Although we thought that "The Vince
Gironda Exercises: Vol. 1" was good, and still do, we think this one's even
better since it's longer, more detailed, and has routines and other information, too.
However, that's not to say "Vol. 2" makes "Vol. 1" obsolete -- they've
been designed to work hand-in-hand, making each one equally valuable for the
physique-building enthusiast. "Vol. 1' is filled with over 20 exercise examples;
"Vol. 2" shows exercises, too, but it's filled with plenty of other stuff to
help you get on your way to building a great physique.
